• Information for Gymnasts and Parents

Welcome to London Falcons - we are really pleased that you wish to join us.

    SESSIONS

    • Friday 4.45 pm – 6.15 pm

    • Friday 6.15 pm – 7.45 pm

All our sessions are open access and open to all. We do not differentiate between adult recreational and adult performance so you can attend any session.

We hope that your gymnasts will work towards competitions, but there will be no pressure to do so if they would prefer not to.

Parents are welcome to stay and watch (although we might try to convince you to join in). Please do come and see how your children are progressing even if you don't come each week - and it's always nice to meet you.

We are very keen to train gymnasts to become coaches if they wish - we can support them through their coaching qualifications as needed.

We would very much appreciate help from gymnasts/parents with setting up and tidying away the trampolines - however please do not attempt to move any equipment without supervision and instruction from our coaches.
